CrossFit Experience: It will be 2 years in March.
Favorite WOD/Exercise: My favorite is back squats. I like the weighted workouts better than the cardio, but I'm getting better at those too.
PR Pride: I just got a 2 rep back squat this week of 225 which i am proud of. Also, deadlift of 270 lb.
Least Favorite WOD/Exercise: Overhead squats are my nemesis!!

I've been married to Mike for 25 years & we have 2 kids, Tyler 18 & Abby almost 16. I'm an Oncology Pharmaceutical sales rep
Why did you start CrossFit?
Initially I started because my niece was going & loved it & I was looking for a new gym.
What is your favorite thing about CrossFit?
I love how different it is every day, how it challenges me, how I feel accomlished after completing a WOD. I also love the coaches, how they help you get to where you want to be & the friendships I've made. I look forward to going & miss it when I can't.
What motivates you to CrossFit?
The fact that I know I can scale anything I'm not that good at & still get stronger & a great workout. I get encouragement from others at CrossFit 330 & I love the way I feel afterwards. I also love trying to help & encourage others where I can.
What goals would you like to achieve in the next year that CrossFit can help you with?
I would like to get my toes-to-bar before the open, get consistent at dubs & get better at anything where the bar is overhead.
What would you tell someone who was thinking about starting CrossFit, but was nervous or scared?
Please join us. Everyone is so welcoming & friendly. You will be challenged, but will feel so accomplished when you complete a workout. It doesn't matter what your ability is you can come & modify any exercise & the coaches will help in any way they can, so will the people!
