I’m a Caseworker for Summit County Children Services and Counselor for Alternative Paths.
Why did you start CrossFit?
I was delusional. I truly never thought in a million years that I could do something like CrossFit.
What is your favorite thing about CrossFit?
Leaving the gym feeling like I accomplished things that I would never do without the support of my peers and trainers. Working out with the best partner, Michelle.
What is a PR (Personal Record) that you are proud of?
When Kim pushed me to do 100 burpees.
What motivates you to CrossFit?
Becoming healthy and to alleviate stress.
What goals would you like to achieve in the next year that CrossFit can help you with?
What would you tell someone who was thinking about starting CrossFit, but was nervous or scared?
I truly could not do one single jump rope, prior to starting, now I can do hundreds. I never believed in my own abilities but through the help of 330 family I have accomplished what I never thought I could. The thing I love best about 330 is the people. They honestly look at you like a person, and I have never felt insecure when I walk into the gym.
