At a Glance:
Age: 46
CrossFit Experience: I started boot camp in February 2017, joined CrossFit 2 day membership in April 2017, went to unlimited membership in September 2017 and already signed on for another year so I will be CrossFitting until at least September 2019.
Favorite WOD/Exercise: I like to row, do deadlifts, front squats, back squats, bench press and I love Sally!
PR Pride: Being able to do a rope climb on my very first try. I really don't know how that happened but I impressed myself.
Least Favorite WOD/Exercise: My Nemesis......Overhead Squats! They make me cry.

Age: 26
CrossFit Experience: A little over 6 months.
Favorite WOD/Exercise: I’m one of those rare people who actually enjoy running (?? I know). I love any WOD with running intervals!
PR Pride: Although they’re not technically PRs, I’ve accomplished my goals of toes-to-bar, double unders, and handstand push-ups since January.
Least Favorite WOD/Exercise: Overhead squats & snatches are definitely my weaknesses, but they’re getting better (I think).

Age: 28
CrossFit Experience: 2 years.
Favorite WOD/Exercise: My favorite is deadlifts and cleans. I really like any workout where I have a barbell in my hands.
PR Pride: I am super proud that I can now do rope climbs and dubs!! I’m the past few weeks I have been able to do dubs during the WOD. I have been able to get in a few rope climbs to the top and at least climb up half each attempt! This week I also PR’d my squat clean 1 rep at 125# and push press 1 rep @120#
Least Favorite WOD/Exercise: Thrusters or overhead lunges/squats. I really struggle with movements overhead but I’m working on it.

Age: 46
CrossFit Experience: It will be 2 years in March.
Favorite WOD/Exercise: My favorite is back squats. I like the weighted workouts better than the cardio, but I'm getting better at those too.
PR Pride: I just got a 2 rep back squat this week of 225 which i am proud of. Also, deadlift of 270 lb.
Least Favorite WOD/Exercise: Overhead squats are my nemesis!!
