CrossFit Experience: I have been at CF330 for 4 years.
Favorite WOD/Exercise: I love kettlebells, deadlifts, and wall climbs.
Least Favorite WOD/Exercise: Wallballs and overhead snatches but I’m actually starting to like them both.
CrossFit Experience: I think it’s been about 2 years. When my mom died in January, it fired something up in me, and I’ve been more serious about CrossFit
Favorite WOD/Exercise: I like bench presses and snatches. Lifting in general.
PR Pride: I’m proud of myself for not quitting! And I see myself getting better!
Least Favorite WOD/Exercise: Hands down, the ASSault bike! I truly hate it! Really anything cardio, running, rowing, biking. That’s what I’m working on now.
At a Glance:
CrossFit Experience: A little over 6 months.
Favorite WOD/Exercise: I’m one of those rare people who actually enjoy running (?? I know). I love any WOD with running intervals!
PR Pride: Although they’re not technically PRs, I’ve accomplished my goals of toes-to-bar, double unders, and handstand push-ups since January.
Least Favorite WOD/Exercise: Overhead squats & snatches are definitely my weaknesses, but they’re getting better (I think).
At a Glance:
CrossFit Experience: It will be 2 years in March.
Favorite WOD/Exercise: My favorite is back squats. I like the weighted workouts better than the cardio, but I'm getting better at those too.
PR Pride: I just got a 2 rep back squat this week of 225 which i am proud of. Also, deadlift of 270 lb.
Least Favorite WOD/Exercise: Overhead squats are my nemesis!!

Favorite WOD/Exercise: I love any of the WODs that have squatting, running, and throwing around the barbell.
PR Pride: Muscle Ups as far as the gymnastics piece. Strength PR would have to be my #215 deadlift.
Least Favorite WOD/Exercise: DUBs! DUBs! & DUBs!

CrossFit Experience: 9 months!
Favorite WOD/Exercise: One of my favorite Wods was a 15 min amrap: 5 wall climbs, 15 hang power cleans and 30 sit ups.
PR Pride: I need to start using beyond the white board because the only weight that I even remember is my deadlift at 175, and we did sets of 3.
Least Favorite WOD/Exercise: The assault bike!!! It never seems to get any easier! And I don't care for snatches either...
Tell us about yourself.
My name is Aimee Dimit, I am 40 years old. I have a loving and very supportive husband and we have 3 wonderful son's! Besides Tyler, who you all know, there is Trevor who is 8 and Jaxson who is 4! I work full-time as a nurse at a nursing home, which is extremely challenging because we are always short staffed and it is a behavior facility... Crossfit definitely helps relieve some stress from my job and from having 3 boys who cause me all kinds of anxiety!
Why did you start CrossFit?
I started Crossfit to get in shape! I kept seeing it on my Facebook feed and then Tyler was curious as well - he actually set up the initial meeting with Michelle!
What is your favorite thing about CrossFit?
My favorite thing about Crossfit is the coaches and my fellow Crossfitters and the fact that it is something that a 40 yo and a 16 yo can do together! I am cherishing every moment with my son and I could not be more proud of him!
What motivates you to CrossFit?
The coaches, my son, and the fact that I feel so accomplished after finishing a WOD! Some of the workouts are extremely challenging, but I know that I can do it and that is a wonderful feeling! Crossfit is addicting! Wish I could go more than 3x a wk...
What goals would you like to achieve in the next year that CrossFit can help you with?
To be able to climb a rope during a WOD, I can do it, but not quick enough to do in a workout. I also need to learn how to do Dubs...
What would you tell someone who was thinking about starting CrossFit, but was nervous or scared?
Do it! Tyler and I always say it is the best decision we have ever made! The coaches are amazing and they will help you every step of the way! Dustin has been such a wonderful role model for my son and we are just so thrilled to be a part of Crossfit 330!
