Strength/Skill:

  EMOTM for 10 minutes:

Power Snatch x 4 reps

*May increase the weight between sets, but keep it touch and go

Conditioning:

  “Chelsea”

EMOTM for 30 minutes:

5 Pull-ups

10 Push-ups

15 Squats

*If you fall behind the clock keep going for thirty minutes and see how many rounds you get. If you’ve finished the workout before add +1 to each movement (6, 11, 16).
