            5 Skin the Cat

            1:15 Plank Hold

            10 Plate Front Raise and Twist (5 right twists, 5 left)

            10 Reverse Hypers

 

Conditioning:

 

            EMOTM for 10 minutes:

            2 Power Snatch @ 70% of 1rm (rest 10 seconds between reps)

            3 Box Jumps (choose a height that is a little higher than you are used to doing)

 

On the 11th minute start…
