10 Single Arm DB Rows (10 each)
*Rest 30-60 seconds between sets
Calorie Assault Bike
*Partner 1 starts on the bike, partner 2 on sit-ups. Once both partners have completed their 10 reps, switch and complete 10 reps of the other movement. Once both are done switch and start the set of 20 and so on. Female/Female teams do 7-14-21-28-35 calories on the bike.
