Strength/Skill:

1). Deadlift x 10-7-4 reps

2a). Bench Press x 10-8-6-4 reps

2b). Chin-ups x 30 reps (break up reps how you wish)

Conditioning:

Tabata- Four rounds of, :30 on/:30 off

            Burpees

            Ring Rows

            V-ups

            KBS 53/35

*Rotate through the movements
