Calorie Assault Bike
*Both partners working at the same time, one on the bike, one on the burpees. Partner 1 will do 5 calories while partner 2 does 5 burpees. When both athletes are done, they switch and partner 1 will do 10 burpees while partner 2 does 10 calories. Repeat this pattern as long as you can for 25 minutes.
At the completion of the 25 minute AMRAP both partners have 10 minutes to work up to a Heavy Single Deadlift. M/M, F/F teams use one bar.
