            1). Power Snatch + Snatch Grip Push Press (2+3) x 4 sets

            2). Overhead Squat 4x3 reps

Conditioning:

            12 minute AMRAP

            60ft Single Arm DB Overhead Walking Lunge 40/25 (30ft each arm)

            10 CTB Pull-ups
