            5 minute AMRAP

            Ground-to-Overhead

            *One partner working at a time, split reps as you wish.

            10 minute AMRAP

            10 Burpees

            2 Rope Climbs

            *One partner working at a time, alternate rounds.

            15 minute AMRAP

            250m Row

            10 Toes-to-Bar

*Alternate rounds. Partner not doing the amrap holds a plank while partner is rowing (only rowing, not during t2b)

**Complete the amraps back to back to back, no rest in between
