Strength/Skill:

1). Deadlift x 8-5-2-5-8 reps

2a). Bench Press 4x8 reps

2b). Mixed Grip Pull-ups x 30 reps (break up reps how you wish)

 

WOD:

            Partner Workout

            100 DB Hang Power Snatch 40/25

            50 MB Sit-up Pass 20/14

            100 DB Hang Power Clean & Jerk 40/25

            50 MB Sit-up Pass 20/14

*Switch every 10 reps on the Snatch and Cleans. Partner 1 will do 5 reps with their left arm, 5 reps with their right arm then switch.
