Strength/Skill:

EMOTM for 15 minutes alternate between:

            Minute 1 – 2 Push Press (heavy)

            Minute 2 – 6 HSPU (deficit, parrallette bars, challenge yourself)

Minute 3 – 10 Lateral Box Step Over (5 each, use weight if able)

Conditioning:

            10 Alternating Single Arm DB Squat Clean 50/35

            3 Rope Climbs
