50m, 100m, 150m… and so on by 50m

Row

5, 10, 15… and so on by 5’s

Burpees Over the Rower

*One partner working at a time. Partner one will do 50m and 5 burpees. Then partner two will do 50m and 5. Then partner one 100m and 10 and so on.
