Strength/Skill:

 

Every 2 Minutes for 10 Minutes:

2 Hang Power Snatch + 1 Hang Squat Snatch + 2 Overhead Squats (heavier than last week)

 

Immediately move to next EMOM

 

EMOTM for 10 Minutes Alternate Between:

Minute 1- Dips x 10 reps (weighted if able)

Minute 2 – Pull-ups x 10 reps (weighted if able)

Conditioning:

            20-15-10-5

            Front Squat 115/75

            Bar Facing Burpee
