EMOTM for 10 Minutes Alternate Between:

Minute 1 – 1 Hang Power Clean + 2 Hang Squat Clean (heavier than last week)

Minute 2 – Box Jumps x 3 reps (higher than last week)

 

Immediately move to next EMOM

 

EMOTM for 10 Minutes Alternate Between:

Minute 1- Standing Strict Press x 4 reps

Minute 2 – Bent Over BB Row x 4 reps 

 

Conditioning:

3 Rounds:

3 Minute AMRAP

            30 Double Unders

            10 Push-ups

            10 Pull-ups

            1 Minute Rest
