Strength/Skill:

 Every 2 Minutes for 10 Minutes:

2 Power Snatch + 1 Hang Squat Snatch, start at 60% of 1rm and try to add 5% each round

 

5 Minute Transition

1 ¼ Back Squat x 4 reps, start at 60% of 1rm and try to add 5% each round
