Strength/Skill:

 

3 Sets:

            Reverse Hyper x 10 reps

            Plate Front Raise w/Twist x 10 reps total

Goblet Sumo Squat x 10 reps 

 

Conditioning:

 

            Partner Workout

            5-10-15-20-25-30-35-40-35-30-25-20-15-10-5

            Double Unders

*One partner working at a time, alternating complete sets. Each partner must perform 3 deadlifts (315/225) after each set, 15 sets total. Example… partner 1 does 5 dubs, then partner 2 does 5 dubs. Partner 1 does 3 deadlift, then partner 2 does 3 deadlift. Then, 10/10, 3/3 and so on.
