Strength/Skill:

Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes:

Deadlift x 10 reps

 

WOD:

            Partner Workout

            200-400-800-400-200

            Meter Run

            1-2-3… and so on by 1’s

            Hang Power Clean 105/70

            Burpee

*Both partners run each distance. Partner A starts with a 200m run while partner B starts up the ladder on cleans and burpees. Once partner A returns, they switch and partner A picks up where B left off while B runs 200m. After partner A returns from the 800m run, they finish the round B was working on then start going back down. If you finish the round of 1’s, then rest while partner is running.
