            EMOTM for 15 minutes alternate between:

            Minute 1 – 14 Handstand Shoulder Taps (total)

            Minute 2 – 14 Hip Extensions

            Minute 3 – 14 Medicine Ball V-up

Conditioning:

12 Minute AMRAP

*After finishing the ladder perform 100 double unders then work back up. If you finish that, perform 100 double unders and go back down.
