Synchro Bar Facing Burpee (each athletes burpee counts as 1 rep, so each burpee they do together will get them 2 reps towards the total needed)

Power Snatch 

Toes to Bar 


*Split snatch & T2B reps however with 1 partner working at a time

*Barbell weight should be LIGHT
