Strength/Skill:

3 sets of (not for time):

10 Strict Toes-to-Bar

10 Reverse Hypers

10 2 for 1 Wallballs

Conditioning:

             “Death by 10 meter Shuttle Run”

Minute 1 = 1 10m run, minute 2 = 2 10m runs and so on until you cannot complete the appropriate about of runs in the minute. When you go out, complete 10 Burpees EMOTM until the last person in your class is done with the shuttle run.
